Found – on the floor at Starbucks
It was about 11:30 am on Thanksgiving Day and I was heading out to my parents house for a family dinner. We were eating at 3pm and while it normally only takes about an hour to drive there, I wanted to make sure that I left plenty of time for sitting in traffic.
Before I hit the highway, I wanted to get a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I only go to Starbucks in the fall when they have them. Otherwise, I’m not a Starbucks fan. Okay, the Eggnog Lattes are good too, but I only drink them in December. That’s it. You will only find me in a Starbucks from October through December. And I always order decaf. I hate caffeine.
I stopped off at the Starbucks right before the bridge and was surprised at how crowded it was. There were about 5 or 6 people on line before me and all of the chairs and tables were full! I placed my order, got my drink, and walked over to the fixings counter to pick up some napkins and a cardboard cup holder. It was quite a mess with milk and sugar spilled all over the place. I looked down to make sure I didn’t step in anything and found this dime on the floor.
