I’m connecting pretty well with my new tarot cards. They seem to be speaking to me. I did a reading for myself the other night. I wanted to know how my new fitness plan would go for the rest of the month. I have been working out 6 days a week for the past few weeks and eating really healthy. I’ve lost 3 or 4 pounds since New Year’s Eve.
The reading was spot on and said that I was longing for something that I had memories of (being 10 pounds lighter), and would ultimately be successful in my goal for the month if I could get over sleepiness and inertia. That kinda just blew my mind because that is definitely the biggest problem that I have with my fitness schedule – getting out of bed in the morning to work out! But at least the cards were right. Freaky right. The reading was very helpful in that it has helped to make it easier for me to get out of my warm and comfortable bed in the morning to get on the cold and hard treadmill. Now when I wake up and want to hit the snooze button 10 times, I think to myself about how I have to overcome inertia if I want to meet my goal, and usually only hit the snooze button once or twice before getting out of bed.
